Buyers Equity Guide (Pty) Ltd Testimonials
Over the past few years of operation Buyers Equity Guide (Pty) Ltd has received numerous testimonials that prove to potential investors that Buyers Equity Guide (Pty) Ltd is exactly what it says it is. Shown below are many of these Testimonials.
Marc Hasenfuss (14 July 2007)
Bless you Mike...you have made my weekend. Seems to me they are mimicking StratCorp's rescue package of MEM via Westjewel. The ploy, it appears, is to keep the ball rolling...
To Michael Berk,
Well done, you are a champion for the innocent investor with all your advice, help and knowledge.
We need guys like you.
Many Thanks,
Bernard Palm
Dear Micheal Berk, A job well done by yourself and the team - All the best and keep the good work up. In addition could you kindly enroll me in your Buyers Equity Club.
Let me know what details you require.
Best Regards, S. Asmal
To Michael Berk,
Ok Michael well done.
To Michael Berk,
Good to hear that it has been sorted.... finally.
Well done! I am pleased you managed to recover from the pack of wolves.
Michael, Thank you for the professional way that we have concluded the deal. I wish you all the success in life, remember do not worry about stories. If they talk about you it is because they are jealous. Do not be scared for people, they mean nothing if they do not have God with them, and those that bad mouth you definitely are not children of God.

Michael Berk, I have received your newsletter for sometime and strangely; I actually read it regularly-with interest. Forgive my ignorance but if one should be interested in "Dabbling", does /can one make use of your services. Kindly educate me.
My Thanks

Good day, I bought some 100 000 shares 6 or 7 years ago, even before they became involved in Cell C. I'm interested in selling and found, via Google, many articles about this subject. Hence I decided to write to you, as I believe you know the story best, despite all the accusations made.
Can you maybe give me some advice if and how to sell?
Many Thanks in advance and best regards
M. Stoelzing
Thank you for your newsletter I did not read the newspaper articles you referred to but my personal experience with silver seed over the last few years has been to put it mildly very disappointing. No feedback on investments made, nearly all the investments came to zero, only ignorant people would invest on their recommendation, so your advice to investors is very good.
Keep it up regards
Jannie Groenewoud
Dear Mike,
I notice that in your address you say "You are the Protector against Investment schemes". Is there anything you can do for me and tell me about Super Tow? Also part of the Prestige Ventures "burnt offerings".
Another famous one Askari (I was told that the directors absconded with close to 16 Mill, is that true?) then Gilboa, now something "Absolute Tiles". Amazing, from an incredible rock crushing monster machine to tiles??!!
As a retired person I gave Prestige Ventures blindingly, trusting a lot of my hard earned cash, there were others as well. It all sounded so brilliant, now I suppose I use these certificates as toilet paper!!
I have on many occasions called the people of these companies, lots of promises and delays, delays, delays ad nauseum! But zero action!
You seem to have a lot of clout and know everybody in this world of games, can you help?? These guys use our hard earned cash and then vanish!! Like mist in front of the sun! Please Mike, tell me I am wrong!
I am at present in Windhoek, looking after my 101 year old mother. I would love to hear from you soon.
Kind Regards
Hella Schmidt
I have invested in a couple of venture companies in the past. It always seems that the name of Dave Romero keeps on cropping up in my dealings. The last one which I heard of was Osiris. I was happy to reinvest in this type of venture because he was not in the picture. But lo and behold I went to collect my share certificates from Ivan Penney and have a tour of the offices, being such an "Important Investor", and who was sitting in Ivan's office - None other than Dave Romero. Then I had doubts, and within weeks, the company had gone, along with my money.
I am tired of these scam artists. Mike Berk of BEG has impressed me with his judgement and candour about all the great deals, some of which I passed on - thank goodness!
I have invested in BEG because they are the lone ranger in the fight against these scams, and Mike has got the FSB to sit up and take notice. My advice to anyone is to ask serious questions of any broker selling shares in unlisted companies, ask for audited financials from reputable auditors, and then ask BEG and the FSB for their comments.
P.S. Ubambo is the only company that has realistic prospects of being listed, as it it linked to the very visible company Cell C - buy it!
Keep it up regards
Tim Horn
What great a surprise to notice that SOMEBODY come to the rescue of investors to pick up the pieces of others who enthusiastically sell "waagaandele" shares with promises which is to good to be true.
An update report will be appreciated to take the necessary steps according to your expert advice.
ADVICE TO PEOPLE CONTEMPLATING INVESTMENTS IN UNLISTED COMPANIES
To anyone wishing to invest their hard earned monies in new ventures I would advise that you take note of my experiences with respect to purchasing shares.
During the period 1997 to 2001, I invested large sums of money through a company that was known as Prestige Ventures in more than 10 different ventures due to list on the JSE. Despite numerous promises of phenomenal returns, to date all have failed. There have been no successes and nobody has been held accountable.
In 2002 I invested a considerable sum of money in a venture marketed by Wealth Equity Brokers (now Capital Commitments). At the time of purchasing the shares I was promised an imminent listing of the company. To date the listing has still not materialised, and as far as I know, will never list.
In 2004 I became a member of a company known as Buyers Equity Guide Pty Ltd. (B-E-G) and for the first time I can honestly say that this is a company which exhibits honesty and integrity in its dealings with clients. I have bought and sold shares through the company, and for the first time have made a PROFIT. The management is extremely proficient and transparent, and when you invest with them you can be assured that your money will not "fly out of the window".
It is my opinion that all potential investors should be extremely prudent with whom they entrust their money. Ask for references, successes, endorsements etc. Don't be hoodwinked into believing that you will make quick profit by smooth talkers. Make all necessary investigations into the viability of the companies, and most certainly look into the trustworthiness of the brokers.
Thanks for the info. I am one of those that has been had. Many Thanks.
Thank you for all your e-mails full of information. Thanks for your help, you have given me new hope. We would like to wish you and your family a prosperous 2005.
We wish you the best in all your future ventures.
Rick says you can use his name to open doors when talking to investors etc.
Keep up the good work. We need your services.
Hiermee bedank ek u graag vir u tyd en aandag aan die bogenoemde aangeleentheid. Dit blyk dat die probleem nou uitgesorteer is. U moeite word opreg waardeer. Vriendelik die uwe...
Best wishes for your venture.
We feel you have a worthy cause, and wish you success in future fundraising efforts.
Please be assured that our inability to fund your initiative in no way reflects on the obvious merits thereof.
Best wishes for your venture.
After reading the business plan I was suitably impressed with the intent of the company. The market place is riddled with scams and white collar crime. Any attempt aimed at early detection and investor protection is worthy of closer scrutiny.
I believe that your business objectives have enormous merit. I am supportive of any initiatives which are designed to improve corporate governance and provide a safer investment climate for the investing public. I have no doubt that you will convert this great concept into a viable business
I think you have a very good newsletter. Best of luck. Donald.
After investing into many venture capital projects and having lost my money every single time, it is good to know that someone has gone out and pioneered an investment protection, to assist the gullible public. Well done Michael!
I must say that I am excited on the service you provide and I promise to become a member by the end of the month.
Keep up the good work. I'm impressed with your stamina. Regards Don.
